A cosy winter skybox, furnished with a couple of elegant new pieces from Libertine’s collection, offers the perfect place for a lady to receive a special visitor. Garbed in a long gown with matching jacket, both decorated with luxurious fur, she lights a red candle that spreads a spicy scent in the room. Then she moves to lounge on the sofa, coyly hiding her face behind a lace fan.
There are so many goodies at this round of We Love Role-Play! Starting with the skybox, it is from Tirrany Design and features a beautiful fireplace at one end of the room and windows that overlook a snowy landscape at the other. The style of it is vaguely 19th century but could fit a broad range depending on how you furnish it. Here, I am using two pieces from Libertine, a new version of the Cheshire Pouf (which includes animations for decorating a Christmas tree) and the brand new Alice couch in an Adult edition.
The gown and jacket is by Luas and if you get the fatpack you can mix and match the colours between the pieces and also pick different fur colours. The candle comes from Jinx and includes a basic holding animation as well as either closed or open eyes.
A priestess of the moon awaits you in her temple, the sacred pool behind her reflecting the sky above the atrium. What mysteries can she reveal to you?
Welcome to the September round of We Love Role-Play, where you will find—among many other fantastical releases—the Cyclus crown from Bliensen+MaiTai and the Corabella gown by Luas. A discount of between 15% and 30% is offered on all new releases, so there are great deals to be had as well.
The crown is unrigged mesh that can be resized and repositioned if needed. It is adorned with two full moons and three crescent moons and mixes various metals that have a slightly worn and tarnished look, which adds to the realism of the piece.
The gown comes fitted for several different bodies, including Lara X. It includes a HUD for texture changes, allowing for a two-toned dress and a separate corset/belt colour, as well as a choice of gold or silver for the jewellery on the belt. It is a bit on the long side, which usually isn’t an issue with mesh gowns, but here I found it seemed to expect a pair of high heels.
The sorceress welcomed them onto the roof of her desert citadel, with a view that stretched even to the distant ocean, and offered them refreshments, the juice of a glowing blue fruit that tasted unlike anything else.
The Tiane dress from Luas for We Love Role-Play called for a full-on fantasy mood rather than something more pseudo-historical. The beautiful jewel tones of the dress paired well with the fantastical Fenfruit set from Cerridwen’s Cauldron, which includes both the fruits themselves and two different beverages made from it presented in different flasks and flagons.
The ornate table, with its gorgeous mosaic top, and the leather pouf are both by Lore. The table includes a HUD with several different wood colours and even more options for the mosaic top, which manages to capture a really glassy look.
I spent the day doing some Christmas shopping (mostly various edible things, yum) and after surviving the crowds that had descended on Gothenburg today I decided that I wanted to setup a very tranquil-feeling scene for today’s photos. What better spot than our little northern corner of ice and snow? It was also perfect for showing off two new releases for Redeux, which is running from December 14th to December 21st, offering a great mix of designers showcasing both new exclusive items and discounted items.
But that is not all the newness that I have for you today. I am wearing the brand new Emily head from Vista, which may be my favourite so far of their heads, and I also need to tell you about a promotion from Astrology that gives you the chance to win the entire store.
