Tuli has released a full skinline for Maya, whom we got a sneak peek of in witchy makeup. Now she’s out in the full range of skin tones (0-7) and with regular makeups on tattoo layers. I paired her with a cosy recent release from Jian and a few finds from the Gacha Garden.
It is drawing near to that time of the year when Second Life is invaded by pumpkins, ghosts and assorted frightful things. The TAG! Gacha would appear to be fully embracing Halloween for its upcoming edition, which opens October 17th, and the same can (unsurprisingly) be said for the Wayward Halloween gacha.
The season has definitely changed, it was quite cold when we trained our dog Sunday evening, so what better event to dive into than the Seasons Story? It features new releases by for example Jian and Wasabi Pills. I’ve combined this with a sale find from Sn@tch and a ring with a bite from Eclectica.
There are few things as pretty as a forest full of autumn leaves and in Second Life that can last more than a brief time, as the leaves stay on the trees until you click the season change to winter. Using a little forest of Studio Skye trees as the backdrop, I setup the Wishing Well from Jian to take a few photos of a lovely Senzafine gown, turned slightly wicked by the ieQED hand jewellery.
A bit more ROMPing, as well as a touch of We Love Role-Play and just a hint of spookiness from The Liaison Collaborative is what I’ve got for you today, featuring creators such as Jian, Aisling and Luxuria.
Artisan Fantasy releases a lot of high-quality props and furnishings, often with some kind of roleplay market in mind. For ROMP, they have released a large set of barn/stable themed pose props, as well as a few pieces of atmospheric add-ons, as the Stony Hollow collection. This seemed like the perfect opportunity for a bit of a roll in the hay, so to speak. Which means, yes, this is most definitely another NSFW post.
ieQED has put out another set of body jewellery and I took that as an opportunity to show off Tuli’s Willow skin and her Slink appliers in yet another tone. As it happened, the body jewellery also went quite well with the latest jewellery release from Jian.
I may have mentioned my growing tendency to hoard landscaping items ever since Ran and I ended up renting a full sim. I still haven’t quite found a knack for landscaping, but I am working on it, and at least it gets easier with great mesh products from places like Studio Skye, Fanatik and Jian, all used to put together the location for these photos.
When previewing the Festival of Sin II, I was very pleased to see that one of the participating designers was Solange. I used to wear her silks and other outfits quite a bit, so it is nice to see her back and doing mesh—and naughty mesh, at that. And while I was playing around with poses, trying to come up with how to photo this look, I had a surprise folder from Froukje Hoorenbeek of Dutchie land in my inventory with her latest release. That turned out to be just what I needed.
The Festival of Sin II opens today, with an area themed to each of the Seven Deadly Sins. Not everything was setup when I visited the preview, but there was plenty of sin to be had even so. In this post, I am looking at sinful releases from Jian, Aisling and PXL.
Whew. Finally back at my own desk. Not that I haven’t had a great time, but I did miss the conveniences of home…not the least my large screen. I have a sizeable blogging backlist, so today I dove right in to give you a look at some of Jian’s recent releases, accompanied by items from alaskametro, ieQED, Maxi Gossamer, Wasabi Pills and PXL.
My last ROMP post was, all considered, rather demure. But with the Saxton Bedroom from Jian, things heat up considerably. You can also get a good look in these shots at the full-body freckles from PXL and some new items for the relaunched My Slink Obsession event.
ROMP’s summer fair is now open, offering a wide array of releases on the theme “elegant kink”. My favourite pieces this time around was some of the clothing, such as the latest collaboration between Fallen Gods and Faida. In these pictures, I’ve paired it with the matching male release from these two brands for the Arena as well as a release from Jian for the Fantasy Collective.
The Conquest is a Game of Thrones-inspired event and among the brands present are Jian, Faida and Fallen Gods, the former with a new subbrand and the latter two by way of another excellent collaboration. I was pleased to see that there were a good many items that took inspiration from rather than copied too blatantly. For these photos, I paired the items with another event-release from Jian and a pair of gorgeous new eyes from Mayfly.
For We Love Role-Play, Jian (whose mainstore had its grand opening on June 1st) has released a fabulous banquet set called Old World Celebration which is sold for 30% off at the event. I was so thrilled when I received this set that I went out and hunted for a suitable prefab to display it in (and let me tell you, there’s a shortage of good mesh castles!). After much debating, I finally settled on the Medieval Village set from Fanatik, where the largest building features a grand hall.
