Otherworldly

While I know some people swear by mesh lingerie, I am still quite fond of appliers for close-fitted clothing, and Luxuria is one of my favourite spots for acquiring some naughty underthings. And this body suit certainly qualifies as naughty, even if these pictures don’t quite show the full extent of how revealing it gets.

There’s a new man in town and he’s got quite a nice physique. A Slink Physique, even. Yes, indeed, Siddean Munro has finally released a male mesh body and it actually comes with some features that have yet to make it to the female Slink Physique body (though the release announcement promises that they will soon appear there as well). The body comes with a skin in several tones but there are already some options for appliers out there, such as the new Jake skin from Adam n Eve which I am using to show the body off in this post. Do note that this review contains full frontal nudity.

I’ll be trying to get a few quick posts up today, or maybe just prepared in advance, since I am probably going on a bit of vacation (unless the weather gets even worse, that is). But that’s why I’ll be a bit briefer than usual.

The Vita necklace and earrings (which come in nine pearl colours and five metals) by ieQED for Shiny Shabby seemed like just the thing for a beachy setting, so I went off to the Sn@tch sale (alas, I believe it ended yesterday) and hunted down a mesh bikini. Eliza is a cute tied model with a nice pattern and several vibrant colours included. You get both a rigged version (top and bottom all in one) and unrigged versions of the top and bottom separately.

The hair is one of Wasabi Pills Hair Fair releases, Saffron.

My last ROMP post was, all considered, rather demure. But with the Saxton Bedroom from Jian, things heat up considerably. You can also get a good look in these shots at the full-body freckles from PXL and some new items for the relaunched My Slink Obsession event.

The May edition of My Attic at the Deck is in full swing and Bushu is once again participating with a new pair of sexy, dangerously high heels that give you legs that seem to go on forever. Paired with a little black dress from the Plastik, I was all set to leave my usual fantasy worlds behind for a night out.

Back home again after a week of a book tour in Spain and my inventory is filled to the brim with so many new items. I’ll be struggling a bit to catch up on my blogger obligations, but it will be am enjoyable struggle looking at what I’ve got to cover. To start with, we have a bit of elegant kink from ROMP monthly. For last weekend, technically, but since this is an in-store event anyway, the items in question are already in place at elymode.

A darker side of the fantasy this time, as a priest of the Runic Cult prepares a sacrifice. These outfits, both the priest and the sacrifice, come courtesy of paper moon. They are available with gold or silver runes and come with a HUD for customising the main colour. On the priest (and matching priestess) outfit, there are numerous combinations, whereas the simpler garment of the sacrifice is more straight-forward. You will find paper moon on the YoZakura sim of the Fantasy Faire.

If you or someone you know is in need of some correction, then elymode might have just what you need at the Pose Fair. Elysium had passed me one of the two sets featured in this post, and then when she wondered if the poses in the other set would work for a guy as well as a girl, I immediately volunteered Ran as a guinea pig. As it turned out, he was quite pleased with the arrangement. ;)

This one will have to be a bit briefer than usual as a cold has knocked out both me and Ran but I really wanted to get some of my blogging obligations out of the way by showing you this beautiful gacha set from aisling for The Secret Affair, the second of Adam n Eve‘s skins for the Skin Fair and a closer look at the mesh eyes from Mayfly.

This started with the dark and somewhat twisted Iron Maiden design by aisling for The Secret Affair. As it happened, it turned out to be a rather good match for one of the new releases from the Plastik—no surprise, really, since dark and twisted is something the Plastik does very well. The final touch was the new shoes from Bushu for My Attic and some bold red makeups by elymode and Adam n Eve.

I am still having fun with the various Slink updates in that “ooh, new shiny toy” way. Of the two mesh heads, I usually use Emma since I feel she looks a bit more classical and mature, but I have to say that the revised Becky looks very nice with several of the skins available at Adam n Eve. Here I am using Taliya and the resulting cute but sassy look seemed just right for the Cora top and skirt from elymode for the Whore Couture Fair 4 which opens tomorrow (March 1).

If you wear the Slink Physique mesh body, the Slink Visage mesh heads or any of the Slink hands & feet (male or female) you will want to get yourself over to the Slink mainstore to grab the massive updates released yesterday. There are a lot of exiting changes and additions, such as materials being enabled on all layers for all mesh body parts. You can already head over to Adam n Eve to try out some glittery makeups for the mesh heads - and yes, the Visage update also allows for extra makeup layers, so you can mix and match from different creators.

What would Valentine’s Day be without a touch of nudity? I felt that the Justine couch from Libertine definitely needed to be showcased more and I thought it made a fine setting for showing off the Fairy Rings jewellery & stilettos from Sax Shepherd Designs for the Fantasy Gacha Carnival. Add to that a few sultry makeups from elymode for the Cosmetic Fair and nothing else is really needed.

Enchantment opens tomorrow, presenting its final round which is inspired by Beauty and the Beast. I found my way to the lavish library on Caelestium Isle to represent Beauty exploring the Beast’s castle.

A lazy summer afternoon at a barn feels rather far away when I look out through the window (sleet falling from grey skies, whipped about by a rather ferocious wind), but this little number from elymode insisted on some more pleasant surroundings.
