Otherworldly

A new round of Genre is opening today at noon SL time. The theme for this round is Victoriana and in my first post as a Genre blogger I hope to give you a little taste of what you can expect. As you may remember, Genre changed its format last round, moving to a permanent build (rather than a new one for each round) and doing away with the L$100 max price. A discount is still offered, but this gives designers more flexibility in what they can make for the event.

From Entice comes the “A Serenade” gown, offered in ten colours (two being fatpack exclusives) and fitmesh for a selection of bodies plus standard sizes. While Slink Physique Hourglass is included, regular Physique is not, but the Maitreya size works fine.

The pose used here as well as in the next shot is also from Genre and from a set by Black Tulip.

The Emilia hair ornament from Bliensen + MaiTai comes in six colours and I love the delicate flowers and lace. Very appropriate for the theme. It also goes quite well together with the Pearls of Florence choker by Vengeful Threads, which includes a HUD for controlling metal, gem and pearls.
