Otherworldly

A little break from role-play inspired posts for something more beachy and summery courtesy of two recent releases from Convair. The weather here at the moment certainly inspires thoughts of sand and water, but in typical Swedish fashion it will no doubt be much more unstable once it is time for our vacation.

The Crayola Cabanas were Convair’s release for May’s round of the Garden by the Liaison Collaborative. They come in Red, Yellow, Aqua and Blue, all quite bright, cheery and summery.  Alas, they don’t appear to be up at the mainstore just yet, but I still wanted to get one into this post as I did not have time during May.

Also from Convair is the charming Boating set from the current round of the Arcade. This is a set that takes me back to trips out to various little islands here on the west coast of Sweden which we used to do in a wooden rowboat much like this one, with a small outboard motor, a portable gas tank and, occasionally, some fishing equipment brought along.

My rather minimal outfit is the uruo bathing suit from r2 for this round of Collabor88. That’s definitely unlike anything I’ve ever gone boating in, but its undeniably very sleek and sexy. I paired it with a sleek hairstyle as well, the new mesh braid from EMO-tions. Perfect for the beach.
