Otherworldly

Rewind has gone back in time to the 40s and to blog the Joan hairstyle from Wasabi (a rebrand of Wasabi Pills), I decided to pick up the Oakley Garter Slip from Poppy from the same event. A couple of days ago, I had also gone shopping at Collabor88 and picked up the two new releases from Trompe Loeil, which when shot in a vintage-inspired windlight seemed to work pretty well with the Rewind items.

Trompe Loeil’s pieces are the Amelie cottage & swan chaise. I sized down the cottage a tiny bit but left the chaise at its default size.  The chaise includes a selection of different textures and both single and couple poses (and, as this is the adult version, there are also adult couple poses).

The Oakley Garter Slip includes a HUD for different trim colours and applier stockings in a matching range of colours. I did have a little bit of an issue with the fit of the slip on the Hourglass shape; in some of the poses on the chaise, the body would break through. It was easily fixed with the alphas, but you will want to demo to make sure that is the case for you as well. I do love the style of it, however, it is classic, elegant and sexy.
