It is almost time for the October round of La vie en pose (it opens on the 10th and runs until the 25th) and it will be offering you plenty of fall-themed poses, props and backdrops. I went for another occult-themed setup myself using poses from WetCat, a backdrop from Cubic Cherry and decor from Dark Secrets. But it all started with the fabulous Bellatrix outfit from Velvet Whip and Faida, which I accessorized with rings from lassitude & ennui and a hair from Wasabi. I think the end result has something of a “sexy superhero witch” vibe.

The Bellatrix outfit is available in 12 different texture variations and includes top, skirt, mask, bracers and spine. At We Love Role-Play it is at 25% off for the time of the event.

The dark, edgy Nero backdrop from Cubic Cherry includes a regular and a mirrored version for flexibility. I liked setting the Wicca decor piece in fire against it for a nice contrast.

And the bold sign seemed like the perfect place to pose against, so I setup the pose stand for WetCat’s Bewitched Set A in front of it. It will auto-rez the broom in the right position for each pose.

At Gachaland you can play the Haunted Rings gacha from lassitude & ennui which includes 20 rings in 8 different styles and is available for Maitreya, Slink and Belleza.

Finally, you will find the murderous Ophelia hair from Wasabi at Salem. Knives (bloody or not) function as hair clips, though you can opt to turn them off. You can also pick which of the three knives you want to show.

And yes, I am still playing with Bakes on Mesh. Here we have an older PXL skin worn on LightStar Maya.
