Otherworldly

If you’re not already all in black, its time to let your inner goth out to play because today the World Goth Fair by Cursed Events opens. The event sports an amazing, very appropriate build and an excellent selection of designers. In this post, I am giving just a little taste of that, combined with pieces from the Fantasy Gacha Carnival, We Love Role-Play, The Secret Affair and the Dark Style Fair.

The Merle corset by aisling for the Dark Style Fair comes in four styles - Embroidery, Roses, Leather and Rubber -  and consists of corset, panties, skirt and a two-piece bra. I passed on the latter piece here, to combine the outfit with the Foreboding set by lassitude & ennui for The Secret Affair (which I believe also opens today). Foreboding comes in gold, silver and black and also includes a simpler pendant-style necklace, though here I wanted to go all out and match the crown with the big neckpiece. Also by lassitude & ennui, though for We Love Role-Play, are the Hellebore boots, which would fit a wide variety of looks. They come in a nice selection of colours and sizes (including fitmesh for Slink Physique) and include a HUD for the laces and flaps.

The chair is from 22769’s bauwerk brand for World Goth Fair; the have a set out called the Modern Goth Bedroom set and this is the Balloon Chair which really adds a touch of decadent darkness to any room. Flanking the chair are two pieces from paper moon‘s and the Muses two gachas at the Fantasy Gacha Carnival; in one you can win various chandeliers and candelabras and in the other various stone statues. All pieces are highly decorative and the rares come with HUDs for customising the textures.

My hair is Analog Dog’s Sola and I am wearing the Imogen skin from Imabee in the Apical tone. The first pose is by oOo Studios and the second by Black Tulip, who have a massive release out for World Goth Fair.
