Otherworldly

One does not simply walk into Faerie, even if one finds one of the gates that leads there. Faerie is an ever-changing realm of both beauty and terror and one needs to be prepared for the dangers that lurk within. A trusty steed, bold and well protected by armour, is a good companion for a perilous journey. An enchanted dagger at one’s side might also help, and jewellery infused with charms of good luck.

The elaborate Knight’s Armor from En Pointe, here shown in the Teeglepet Friesian, is a really cool set of fantasy horse tack and barding that can be customised with texturing HUDSs. Here I am using the Knight’s Armor HUD, which one might describe as the standard HUD. There is also the Galahad HUD and a fatpack bonus if you buy both.

From by Nacht comes the Faerie Archway, serving as my gate into Faerie. I’ve covered up the base of it with the Crystal Groundcover in obsidian from Cerridwen’s Cauldron, creating a truly alien landscape.

My own gorgeous outfit is almost all Fantasy Faire as well. Hotdog’s gambeson is beautifully textured and available for male and female avatars in several colours. The knee high boots in suede from KaiDesign are great for both walking and riding. And then we have those great curls from Firelight and the beautiful Fisk jewellery by Bliensen + MaiTai that really deserved a close up that I just couldn’t work out in a good way with this setup.
