Ever wonder how the Frog Prince ended up cursed to be a frog in the first place? Perhaps there was a pretty witch whose heart he broke. And perhaps he wasn’t the first prince to do so either. You see, she was a bit of a romantic and couldn’t resist being charmed by handsome princes, but something would always go wrong. The prince would go on a quest and have forgotten all about the witch on his return. Sometimes, there’d be a princess involved. Whatever the cause, the witch’s heart would be broken again and soon enough there would be another addition to the pond in her garden. Over time, it got quite crowded there.

“The Frog Prince” is the theme for the current round of Enchantment and sachi Vixen has created a sexy little outfit for a scorned witch with a thing for frogs. The Hexa dress comes fitted for Maitreya and Slink (both bodies, plus the Petite add-ons) and the matching boots also fit Maitreya and Slink. The boots are available in a smooth leather and a stitched variety that matches the dress. Also available in the set is the frog cape and a witch’s hat (not shown here).

The frog pond was out from Jian a while back and once I had the idea for this photo, I ran over there to get it as I knew it’d be perfect. It includes the pond, various lily pad sets (including one with a frog that hops between lily pads) and several different frogs (stationary, wandering, companion).

A closer look at the frog cape with its pretty frog clasp as well as the Broken heart necklace from lassitude & ennui. I love the spiky chain and the “repair” of the broken heart.
