Otherworldly

A very image-heavy post today. My idea of one “on location” shot and a couple of skin shots quickly fell by the wayside as I wanted to show more details of the decor used in this photo and as I really wanted to do a tone comparison for this skin since it is more of a full review. The skin in question is one of three new faces from alaskametro for Skin Fair 2018 (which opens on the 9th) and I’ve paired it with a new outfit from the Dreaming Thicket and a decor set from the Plastik.

Dreaming Thicket has created a lovely blouse and pant set for We Love Role-Play. You can mix and match the colours as you like and the pieces are sold at 50% off at the event. There’s a bit of a piratical feel to the set, especially with the loose fit and the short pants, but I thought it looked lovely worn as a casual spring outfit too.

The Triginitie set (table, chairs and wall art) from the Plastik is one of the pieces from the Deco(c)rate for March. I really like the Irish-inspired decorations andtThe chairs have a very nice selection of poses.

And then we get to alaskametro’s skin. The body applier is available in five tones and while it is an Omega applier the HUD offers separate fits for Belleza, Maitreya and Slink in addition to the universal fit. It is a very neatly done body with a good balance between shading and highlights.

The skin I am showing in this post is Cora, which is a new face exclusively for LeLutka. Previously Alaska has released each face for LeLutka, Catwa and Omega, but this time around we get one face for LeLutka, one for Catwa and one for Omega.

Cora includes three eyebrow colours, an eyebrowless version and a tintable brow. My favourite details about this face is the nose shading and the cheek contouring, which looks very nice on both my LeLutka heads (Simone and Cate).
